Your concept of “Potential Knowledge” - I feel I understand very clearly with respect to specific phenomena – beliefs or knowledge should be assessed in terms of the probability of being true and in terms of usefulness. However, how would you apply this concept to the body of knowledge as a whole, and more specifically how would you apply it to the important knowledge connections?
