Ryder Lee | Remote Viewing & Stargate Project...Psychic Warfare is Real! | Sept. 8, 2026

Source: Geopolitics & Empire youtube

Description:
Ryder Lee discusses his documentary regarding the history of psychic intelligence programs. Lee explains the evolution of the Stargate remote viewing unit, a specialized military project that utilized remote viewing and psychic spying from the late 1970s through the mid-1990s.

The dialogue explores theories on remote influencing, suggesting the government may have developed methods to psychically manipulate thoughts or actions for political agendas. Furthermore, Lee outlines the potential connection between public school Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) programs and the covert identification of individuals with extraordinary cognitive or psychic abilities.

The discussion also touches upon MKUltra, mass formation psychosis, and the invasive nature of modern biometric data collection by major corporations and intelligence agencies. While official programs were publicly shuttered, they likely transitioned into highly classified operations and more advanced forms of psychological control.

Maj. Paul Smith PhD | Army Remote Viewer Looks Inside of a UFO, Consciousness & Disclosure | May 22, 2026

Source: THIRD EYE DROPS with Michael Phillip youtube

Description:
The U.S. military spends decades training psychic spies to pierce the veil of time and space. In this mind meld, we sit down with former Army Remote Viewer Maj. Paul Smith, PhD, a veteran of the legendary Project Stargate. Paul pulls back the curtain on the intersection of non-local consciousness, deep-black military operations, and the true nature of the Non-Human Intelligence (NHI) and the phenomenon.

In this one:
- The Telepathic Warning: The terrifying inside story of a secret military session tasked with locating the Ark of the Covenant, and the non-human entities that issued a direct psychic threat.

- Inside a UAP Craft: How a remote viewing project successfully diagrammed the interior mechanics, propulsion, and seating layout of a non-human vehicle.

- The Truth About the Gateway Process: The real, unclassified history of Lieutenant Colonel Wayne McDonald and the infamous document that attempted to bridge physics and out-of-body experiences.

- Why They Fear Us: Ingo Swann’s chilling theory that advanced entities are actively attempting to suppress human psychic potential because our innate consciousness capabilities threaten them.

- Paul’s thoughts on his mentor, Ingo Swann The "Transduction" of Reality: How the human brain functions as a cosmic transducer rather than a mere receiver of consciousness.

CIA Declassified: Reality Is A Consciousness Hologram | Gateway Process Full Document | May 1, 2026

Source: THIRD EYE DROPS with Michael Phillip youtube

Description:
In this transmission, I read through the entire declassified Analysis and Assessment of Gateway Process document!

In 1983, the a classified paper attempted to map the mysteries of reality.
The Gateway Process document is a theoretical and, to an extent, practical roadmap for the evolution of human consciousness. It exemplifies the moment the military-industrial complex ran head-first into the the great mystery.

In this definitive super-cut, we explore it all: A world where quantum physics, ancient metaphysics, and state-sponsored mystical experimentation collide. We’re unpacking everything: from the mechanics of Hemi-Sync and astral projection to the realization that our physical reality is, apparently, merely a holographic projection.

Is this a strange relic of Cold War-era interest in ESP and the esoteric, or a manual for escaping the simulation? We’re reading every page to find out.

Sgt. Lyn Buchanan | Army Remote Viewer Speaks: Secret UFO Bases, Men In Black & Consciousness | Sept. 25, 2025

Source: THIRD EYE DROPS with Michael Phillip youtube, crviewer.com

Description:
Lyn Buchanan enters the mind meld to talk psychic spies, secret UFO bases, men in black, consciousness and more.

Lyn Buchanan, is the author of The Seventh Sense and former U.S. Army remote viewer, and was part of the classified Stargate program—a secret psychic espionage unit. In this conversation, we dive into:

- Lyn's origin story and the truth about remote viewing
- Project 8200 and remote viewing UFO bases
- Encounters with the men in black
- The strange overlap between consciousness and UAPs

Exclusice Summary

Interview with Sergeant First Class Lyn Buchanan, a retired U.S. Army remote viewer from the Stargate Project. The discussion explores Buchanan's life, from childhood psychic experiences to military psychic operations, remote viewing techniques, encounters with UFOs and extraterrestrials, out-of-body experiences, and philosophical insights on consciousness and human potential.

Buchanan draws from his book The Seventh Sense and emphasizes practical applications of psi abilities while maintaining a grounded, evidence-based perspective. Key themes include the reality of psychic phenomena, government secrecy, ET interactions, and the untapped power of the human mind.

1. Introduction and Host's Setup (0:00–3:30)

The host introduces Buchanan as a member of the elite Stargate fraternity at Fort Meade, noting his remote viewings of UFO bases, encounters with Men in Black (MIB), and even piloting a UFO. He recommends Buchanan's book The Seventh Sense as an entertaining read on these topics. The host promotes YouTube memberships and Patreon for exclusive content, including a recent interview with Paul Smith, another Stargate veteran. Buchanan is praised for influencing figures like Adam Curry in psi explorations. Buchanan humbly responds that he prefers training others to fame, having "done his stuff."

2. Childhood Psychic Experiences and Suppression (3:30–8:00)

Buchanan shares his origin story, beginning at age 12 with psychokinetic (PK) events, similar to poltergeist activity in "poltergeist children"—objects falling or moving during emotional upset. Common but often suppressed, his mother encouraged it, leading him to document and refine the ability like a database. He became proficient but hid it after a traumatic incident: showing off to a girl led her Pentecostal preacher father and deacons to assault him in an exorcism attempt, screaming for "Satan to come out." This scared him into concealment, though events still occur during anger (he avoids anger by laughing things off). The ability persists sporadically.

3. Military Incident and Recruitment into Stargate (8:00–15:00)

In Augsburg, Germany, as a programmer, Buchanan won a contract to link intelligence computers across 12 NATO militaries. A rival sabotaged his demo, triggering rage and a PK shutdown of the station (estimated $50 million damage). General Albert Stubblebine, seeking psychic events, confronted him: "Did you kill my computers with your mind?"

Buchanan's admission elicited excitement, leading to recruitment for a mental warfare unit (disrupting enemy tech, e.g., redirecting missiles). Congress rejected it due to MKUltra parallels, so Buchanan was reassigned to Fort Meade's RV unit. "Read on" to classified docs revealed its psychic nature (10-year prison threat for leaks). Skeptical at first, he observed successes and requested training. The host probes Stubblebine's esoteric interest, possibly from prior Scientology; early RV figures (Puthoff, Targ, Price, Swann) had Scientology links but exited, perhaps via clout. Pat Price's mysterious death is speculated (CIA, Russians, or Scientologists?).

4. Remote Viewing Training and Protocols (15:00–30:00)

Training under Swann was inconsistent due to his evolving methods; Buchanan synthesized versions and gained deeper insights from informal talks with Swann, focusing on understanding over rote. Protocols (Controlled Remote Viewing, CRV):

• Ideograms (Stage 1): Subconscious communicates via body (wavy for water, angular for man-made); repetitive drills bore the conscious mind, letting subconscious take over.
• Descriptions (Stage 2): Sensory details, no nouns (e.g., "salty, cold, wet" for ocean) to avoid analytic overlay.
• Advanced Stages (3–7): Sketching, 3D modeling, full descriptions (e.g., Kremlin docs, floor plans).

Beacon exercises built confidence (e.g., describing lost teammates' confusion). Feedback training: Phase out in-session cues; view target, not future feedback (countering theories like Eric Wargo's precognitive loops). Examples: Summer lake despite winter photo; past empty field vs. present building. Agencies sometimes lied or denied feedback, so training emphasized independence.

5. Consciousness, Subconscious, and Out-of-Body Experiences (30:00–43:00)

Buchanan eschews theories ("I don't know how it works"), prioritizing results (e.g., finding missing people). Subconscious accesses "universal information"; he prefers "subconsciousnesses" for its active micro-personalities, critiquing Jung/Freud's "unconscious." The "limen" is the awareness threshold (e.g., subliminals like Pepsi in Top Gun). RV bridges subconscious (symbols) and conscious (nouns) via no-noun rule.

At Monroe Institute (pre-Fort Meade), Buchanan's OBE: A "glowing hand" scratched his itching nose while physical hand remained still; he experimented but couldn't repeat after reintegrating. The host shares a terrifying OBE "peel-out" during Gateway retreat, affirming reality ("white crow" proves exceptions). Such experiences "wake" potential, challenging Buchanan's Baptist upbringing.

6. Specialized Skills and Operations (43:00–50:00)

As database manager, Buchanan excelled at mental access: Personality profiles (surface) and plans/intentions (deep). Accuracy surged; tasks used random coordinates for blind viewing (e.g., thoughts/plans).

7. UFO Bases, Moon Structures, and ET Encounters (50:00–1:34:00)

Tasked on four ET bases: Mount Zeal (Australia), Hayes (Alaska), Inyangani (Zimbabwe), Pyrenees (skipped). Descriptions: Tunnels, anti-gravity, human workers (slaves?), diverse ETs (grays, tall whites, insectoids, reptilians). No hostility; sites for observation/mining. Feedback: UFOs near Pine Gap.
Moon: Domed craters with plastic bubbles, buildings, duct-tape patches (radiation-proof, 16 psi air) for tunneling—human/ET construction in progress.

El Paso encounter: Two men (Anunnaki slave descendants) inquired about DNA "other wedge" studies (via Linda Moulton Howe). Escaped centuries of ET slavery, genetically altered, seeking peaceful integration—fearing exposure.

Speculation: ETs vary (advanced humans? Consciousness-based? Breakaway civilizations?); Buchanan leans toward ancient human-ET hybrids.

8. Spiritual Dimensions and Afterlife (1:34:00–1:40:00)

As a Methodist minister, Buchanan reconciles psi with faith: Unused gifts sin (hiding light). RV afterlife: Heaven, hell, cessation, reincarnation. Cross-cultural (e.g., early Christianity, Plato). Monroe past-life exercises. Reject exclusivity—all paths possible.

9. Post-Stargate Speculation and Psychic Warfare (1:40:00–1:50:00)

Doubts disbandment (rebranded 7 times); possibly sacrificial for deeper programs. Strict rules: No U.S. citizen viewing, no active PK (though hinted elsewhere). Soviet "remote hypnosis" assassinations possible (easy, frightening). Psychic warfare likely ongoing covertly. Private contractors evade FOIA (e.g., ET/Mars projects).
Jake Barber's psionic UFO summoning noted (Buchanan unfamiliar). Hangar visit: Recognized UFO panel from abduction amid crash debris—midair collisions with UFOs.

10. Personal Abduction and MIB Interrogation (1:50:00–2:12:00)

Pre-military, as minister: Paralyzed by backyard landing; abducted to craft with frozen passengers. Lucid, piloted briefly (hand-indentation panel with indicators). Landed at site; grays discussed (forgotten info); screams from pavilion. Declined pilot job without family; mind-wiped.

Recall after 25 years; verified via unit RV. DIA MIB interrogation focused on panel—revealed government had craft but couldn't operate. Hypnotherapy confirmed details (in Jim Marrs' Alien Agenda).

11. Conclusion and Legacy (2:12:00–End)

Buchanan amazed by mind's potential (RV "kindergarten" after 40 years; miracles like finding missing). Inherent ability; resistance from fear/religion. ET classification (from classified papers): Four psychic tiers (friendly/enemy, more/equal/less psi)—superiors: Friends nurture for cosmic power; enemies seek extinction (our range advantage). Message: Use gifts; prepare for space threats. Host thanks Buchanan for advancing psi legacy.

Russell Targ | Explore Consciousness | Aug. 24, 2025

Source: New Thinking Allowed with Jeffrey Mishlove youtube

Description:
Russell Targ is a parapsychological genius. He is one of the most successful and insightful parapsychologists in history. He is a man of magic! Last April, he celebrated his 91st birthday. The second book in the New Thinking Allowed Dialogues series is titled "Russell Targ: Ninety years of ESP, Remote Viewing, and Timeless Awareness." It contains transcripts of fifteen conversations between Russell and Jeffrey Mishlove.

Targ, a laser physicist, cofounded the remote viewing research program at SRI International. He is coauthor of Mind Reach, The Mind Race, Miracles of Mind, The Heart of the Mind, and The End of Suffering. He is author of Limitless Mind and The Reality of ESP: A Physicist's Proof of Psychic Abilities. He is also coeditor of the anthology, Mind At Large.

---

Exclusive Summary

Targ's Background and Start of the SRI Program (11:00–20:00)

At 91, Targ reflects on his career shift from lasers to psychic research. In 1972, after building lasers for NASA, he pitched an ESP program to Werner von Braun at a conference, using an ESP teaching machine (a feedback device with colored squares or images; now available for $1). Von Braun, a "closet psychic," endorsed it, leading to a meeting with NASA administrator Jim Fletcher and astronaut Edgar Mitchell. This secured funding for the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) program, co-led with Hal Puthoff. Targ notes synchronicities, like attending Bobby Fischer's (his brother-in-law) chess championship in Iceland before starting.

Early experiments included Ingo Swann (who coined "remote viewing" in 1974) and Hella Hammid (initially a control subject who outperformed Swann). Publications: a 1974 Nature paper on Swann's RV (1 in 10,000 significance) and a 1976 IEEE paper on Hammid's EEG-linked perception (1 in a million significance), proving direct mind-to-mind connection without feedback.

Key RV Concepts and Examples (20:00–35:00)

Targ defines RV as an innate ability to perceive across space and time, unlimited by distance or duration. Examples:

  • Annie Besant (Theosophy founder) psychically described a hydrogen atom in 1895, resembling quarks (invented by Murray Gell-Mann in 1964).
  • Swann's 1973 prediction of Jupiter's ring (confirmed by Pioneer 10; 500 million miles away, perceived instantly).

Targ emphasizes non-locality: no separation in consciousness, akin to entanglement.

He discusses Ingo Swann's book Psychic Sexuality, introducing "telesthesia" (heart-to-heart connection) and Aleister Crowley's astral explorations. RV is not guessing but expanding awareness.

Interactions with Skeptics and High-Profile Figures (35:00–45:00)

Targ shares RV successes with skeptics:

  • Israeli physicist Yakir Aharonov saw "ducks" (matching a duck pond target).
  • U.S. Under Secretary of Defense described a brick tower cafe (Allied Arts Guild).
  • Ted Owens (the "PK Man"): Ended a drought and caused an April snowfall in Palo Alto (1976). Mishlove took over studying Owens, leading to a documentary with Lance Mungia.

Pat Price's feats: Described a secret NSA site (Sugar Grove) given log cabin coordinates, noting hidden things "shine like beacons." Price was "stolen" by the CIA in 1974 due to his abilities (e.g., reading desk documents remotely), but died mysteriously in 1975 (possible heart attack, KGB, or CIA involvement; he leaked to Scientologists).

Precognition and Associative RV (45:00–1:05:00)

Targ recounts his own RV: While Puthoff vacationed in South America (1974), Targ drew an island airport (San Andres) matching feedback photos, suggesting precognition of the image.

  • Associative RV: Psychic Keith Harary forecasted silver market changes 9/9 times (1979–1980), earning $250,000. No initial target; feedback drove precognition. Later attempts failed due to pressure and delayed feedback.

Viewer Q&A and Practical Insights (1:05:00–1:30:00)

  • Distinguishing RV from Imagination/Memory: Through practice and interviewer guidance; focus on "surprising images."
  • Who Can RV?: Almost everyone; Targ succeeded with skeptics. No need for expensive classes—books suffice. Meditation helps quiet mental noise.
  • Feedback Essential?: No; Price described a Soviet sphere (Semipalatinsk) years before confirmation.
  • Non-Military Uses: Finding lost items (e.g., Targ located a diamond tennis bracelet by visualizing posts). Avoid accidents, dowsing for resources.
  • Sensory Modalities: Primarily visual, but could include sounds/smells; dowsing is a form of RV.
  • Bobby Fischer: Targ shared a postmortem chess game (via medium, vs. Victor Korchnoi); Fischer confirmed it as "real" but didn't discuss ESP deeply.

Other topics: SRI's shielded room (for Uri Geller, not essential for RV); Targ's stage magic background (parallels RV in guiding perception, e.g., card forces).

Retrocognition and Closing (1:30:00–1:44:00)

Price's water purification plant drawing (1972) included tanks absent for 50 years (retrocognition). Targ links RV to spirituality (mind-body, parapsychology). The session promotes Mishlove's book and CIHS.edu's parapsychology programs. Targ expresses gratitude; Mishlove teaches at CIHS.

Overall Themes and Impact

The interview highlights RV as evidence of non-dual, entangled consciousness, bridging ancient philosophy, quantum physics, and empirical science. Targ's anecdotes emphasize ease, ethics, and real-world applications, demystifying RV while cautioning against ego or misuse. It's inspirational, with viewers expressing honor. The discussion underscores Targ's legacy: 50 years of RV research, influencing military (e.g., CIA) and civilian fields.

Dan Graboi, PhD, has published research articles on perception and cognitive neuroscience in journals such as Perception & Psychophysics, the Journal of Neurophysiology, and the Journal of Scientific Exploration. He is currently conducting research at the California Institute for Human Science telepathy and psychokinesis. You can read many of his papers at https://cihs.academia.edu/DanGraboi

Researcher Dan Graboi describes the complexities of psi perception and the scientific challenges of studying consciousness. A central focus of the conversation is the “naming problem” in remote viewing and telepathy—how the act of labeling an impression can interfere with recognizing the actual target. They explore how psi impressions often come through in fragmented, low-resolution forms that make identification difficult. Dan shares examples from his own experiments.

Russell Targ | The Strength and Reliability of Remote Viewing (4K Reboot) | June 24, 2025

Source: New Thinking Allowed with Jeffrey Mishlove youtube

Description:
Russell Targ, a laser physicist, cofounded the remote viewing research program at SRI International.

In this video, rebooted from 2019, he notes that a number of parapsychologists are unwilling to accept the existence of psi. Yet, in his own experience, remote viewing is very robust and productive. He suggests that the best researchers have had psi experiences of their own; and also have been engaged with esoteric traditions and spiritual practices. He explains how he was able to achieve remarkable results working with individuals who had no prior experience or understanding of remote viewing.
