Kiev must withdraw troops from southeastern regions of Ukraine and rebels must stop offensive to stop bloodshed, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin says. He and Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko discussed "a ceasefire regime." President Putin has outlined a seven-point plan to stabilize the situation in the crisis-torn east of Ukraine.
“On my way here from [the city of] Blagoveschensk to Ulan-Bator [Mongolia], I outlined some ideas and plan of actions. It’s here, but in handwriting,” Putin told reporters.
1. Militias should cease military advances in the Donetsk and Lugansk Regions.
2. Pro-Kiev armed forces should withdraw to a distance that excludes the possibility of shelling settlements.
3. Implement full and objective international control over ceasefire observation and monitoring.
4. Exclude the use of combat aircraft against civilians and villages.
5. Prisoner/captive-exchange via an ‘all-in-all’ formula, without preconditions.
6. Humanitarian corridors for refugees movement and delivery of humanitarian aid across Donetsk and Lugansk Regions.
7. Direct repair-crew access to destroyed social and transit infrastructure with supportive aid.
Putin expressed hope that final agreements between Kiev and militia in southeastern Ukraine could be reached and secured at the coming meeting of the so-called contact group on September 5.
“I hope the leaders of Ukraine will support the anticipated progress in bilateral relations,” Russia’s president said.
He called on Ukraine to take an active part in the work of the contact group “for a final and comprehensive settlement of the situation in the southeastern Ukraine, of course, with full and unconditional assurance of the legitimate rights of the people who live there.”
Commenting on the phone call with the Ukrainian president earlier on Wednesday, Putin stressed that their “views on ways to resolve the conflict are aligned.”
So far, attempts at temporary ceasefires between Kiev and self-defense forces in the past months have failed to bring about any improvement in the situation in southeastern Ukraine. Each time fighting has continued, with both sides blaming each other for breaking the truce.
2,593 people have died in fighting in eastern Ukraine since mid-April, the UN reported last week.
The military conflict that started this spring has displaced over a million Ukrainians, with the majority of them finding refuge in Russia. -RT.com

September 1, 2014–A serious student of pre-Spanish Canary Island culture, Gordon Kennedy has been collecting historical information about the Guanches since 1975 and is recognized as one of the world's authorities on this Indo-European anomaly, with his Guanche archives amongst the largest on earth.
He has personally explored the caves, beaches, museums and mountains of the islands and studied many Guanche mummies, tools, pottery and personal artifacts. In this program, we discuss Gordon’s book The White Indians of Nivaria: The Untold Story of the Last Stone-Age Indo-European Tribes. Gordon speaks about the travels of Thor Heyerdahl, which sparked his interest into looking at ancient civilization on Canary Island. Kennedy’s book is an anthropological odyssey and true historical account of White natives living on seven African islands, for many thousands of years.
It’s a lost and forgotten chapter of Indo-European pre-history that describes a Western settlement on an Eden-like volcanic archipelago, inhabited by an indigenous population of Caucasians. This is a rare glimpse into a pre-Christian Western culture on a tropical island. In the second hour, we’ll talk about what happened to ancient empires once massive amounts of guest workers immigrated into their lands, breaking up the host culture. Synopsis
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to talk to our cosmic neighbors? Drs. Scott Jones and Angela Smith did and found that what they have to say is exciting and challenging! We discussed remote viewing/telepathic interviews with members of 18 extraterrestrial (ET) races, including the Large Grays, Nordics, Small Grays, Annunaki and others. These interviews provide answers to some of the perennial ET questions such as: "Who are they?", "Where are they from?", "What, if anything, is their agenda?", "Are they friendly or unfriendly?", "Do they have an interest and stake in sound human development processes on Earth?" etc.
Also addressed is the ET link with the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty. This treaty bans all space-based weapons and at their request, Cosmic Cultures are identified as Parties to the treaty. Crafted by Jones, Dr. Carol Rosin, Astronaut Edgar Mitchell, and other colleagues, it is clear that the ETs are concerned with keeping space a weapon free zone. It is a safe assumption that the ETs can easily verify that the Treaty is being honored. Their request to be included in the Treaty is a very positive sign that other cooperative ventures are in our future.
The guests are joined by the ETs in a call for a pre-disclosure dialogue on the anticipated consequences of established contact, and a detailed plan of how this can be accomplished is provided. David Cameron let his boyish mask of caring sincerity slip to reveal a bully’s attitude beneath his meritocratic pretence. A bicycle in Downing Street highlighted a deep-seated problem in Britain: a divided society caught in the enduring trance of the Entitlement Illusion.
Duffell argues that the British national obsession with sending the children of the well-heeled away to school has a major impact on our society, our institutions and our attitudes. He proposes that a cherished national character ideal, eschewing vulnerability and practising a normalised covert hostility based on bullying in the dorm adversely affects even those who did not have such an education.
