Synopsis
In the 1960’s there was a plan devised by the U.S. Government to have in place a conspiracy of denial with regards to the possibility that a new space program would discover the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe. This plan, provided by the Brookings Institute, was completed in December of 1960 and pointed out the very real fear of social disintegration if humanity discovered in its cosmic sojourn proof of extra-terrestrial life.
The Brookings report was very clear when it suggested that “Anthropological files contain many examples of societies sure of their place in the universe which have disintegrated when they had to associate with previously unfamiliar societies espousing different societies in different ways.”
Needless to say the guardians of intelligence suggested that if the U.S. space program found evidence of alien life or technology that it would be advisable to withhold that information. Nearly five decades later, much of what the Brookings Institute laid out for the space program still holds and science is still in the act of denial of any intelligent life in space.
Since the Curiosity Rover landed on the surface Mars , there have been a number of curious anomalies being sent back to earth that have created all sort of buzz on the Internet. Observers have seen nything from strange human looking statues on Mars, to strange lights beaming up from the surface and of course various Unidentified flying objects that come and go and are recorded.
NASA has done its best to explain that what is being seen is some sort of lens flare or pareidolia much like was done at the time that curious mars watchers saw a face in the Cydonia region of Mars.
In an email published by The Virtually Strange Network, “Brookings Report Re-examined,” Keith Woodard writes that the Brookings Report “did raise the possibility of withholding information, but took no position on its advisability. ‘Questions one might wish to answer by such studies,’ intoned the report, ‘would include: how might such information, under what circumstances, be presented to or withheld from the public for what ends?
What might be the role of the discovering scientists and other decision makers regarding release of the fact of discovery?’ Those two sentences comprise the report’s entire commentary on the subject of covering up the truth.”
It was after the Hurricane Katrina Disaster that George W. Bush announced that United States was once again preparing to go to the moon and then explore Mars. It was a One hundred and four billion dollar plan to get men back on the Moon by 2015.
The next challenge would be Mars in 2015. In the meantime there were private companies asking people to take part in experiments to see if the average human could withstand and or participate in a Mars expedition. A.H. is a person who has gained significant information from inside the UFO extraterrestrial groups within our government, military and civilian companies. He has friends at the NSA, CIA, NASA, JPL, ONI, NRO, Area 51, the Air Force, Northrup, Boeing and others. He used to work at Boeing as a surface technician.
He was introduced to four-star General Curtis Lemay and one day went to his house in Newport Beach, CA and spoke with him about this subject. Lemay confirmed the ETV crash at Roswell. AH's NSA contact told him that Henry Kissinger, George Bush as well as Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev were all aware of the ET subject. His CIA contact told him that the USAF had shot down some of these spacecraft.
A friend of AH's who worked at Boeing was part of crash recovery and personally saw and carried ET bodies. AH says that a group in the FBI discovered that radar testing was causing interference with some of the ETV's and that this was what was causing so many crashes. He also says that there are underground bases testing and maintaining extraterrestrial technology in Utah (reachable only by air), Enzo California, Lancaster/Palmdale California, Edwards AFB in California, March AFB, Eglan AFB in Florida, London England and many other locations.

Just a small compilation of some well known, and not so well known discoveries on Mars. Nasa will announce soon an important discovery on Mars, and no doubt the sheeple and braindead nasa-noids will be creaming themselves in anticipation of this "historic" announcement, but i reckon it will be nothing more than organic molecules, that would be just enough to get NASA the huge funding it needs to keep financing its secret space program (The one we pretend doesn't exist) time will tell in any event. ~Stephen Hannard

The Curiosity rover, to be launched later this year to Mars, was to carry James Cameron's full color, stereo camera, but that plan was scrapped due to imaging problems, he reported.

Andrew Basiago & Laura Eisenhower | “Marsgate” secret Mars colony
24 Mar 2010—Independent Mars colony recruits Andrew Basiago and Laura Magdalene Eisenhower have confirmed the existence of a secret human survival colony on Mars in a joint appearance on Exopolitics Radio with Alfred Lambremont Webre.
They described how the secret Mars colony is funded by black budget military and intelligence sources as a survival mechanism for the human genome in the event that solar flares, nuclear war, or some other cataclysm ends human life on Earth.
In the three-hour interview, Mr. Basiago termed the cover-up of the Mars colony “Marsgate.”
Ms. Eisenhower stated that “Alternative 3”—the notion that trillions of dollars of resources should be spent to protect human life by placing it on Mars—should give way to “Alternative 4,” a new public awakening to achieve a sustainable civilization on Earth.
Their historic, interactive exposé of Marsgate was based on direct personal experience. For Mr. Basiago, this consisted of the two trips that he took to Mars in 1981, when, at age 19, he walked on the surface of the Martian terrain after teleporting there from a CIA facility in El Segundo, California. For Ms. Eisenhower, this consisted of clandestine efforts that were made in 2006, when she was 33, to infiltrate her personal life and recruit her as a member of the secret Mars colony. She was recruited for a mission that would travel to Mars and learned that a colony had been under development there for several decades.
