His research on neural networks, deep learning, and machine learning has significantly impacted the development of algorithms that can perform complex tasks such as image and speech recognition.

Previously, Brett founded Archer Aviation, an urban air mobility company that went public at a valuation of $2.7 billion, and Vettery, a machine learning-based talent marketplace acquired for $110 million.
