All Department of Defense employees at the US Embassy in Ecuador are being expelled from the country. Beginning in January, Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa has repeatedly made public statements alleging the US military had infiltrated "all sectors" in the country, and followed through on threats to expel DOD employees on April 7, according to a new document obtained by the Associated Press. The relations between the two countries are already sour due to foreign policy differences and Ecuador's decision to give asylum to WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in its London embassy. RT's Ameera David speaks about the Latin American country's move with Larry Birns, director of the Council on Hemispheric Affairs. -RT.com

John Stormm was one of the first infants to be inducted into the MK Ultra program in 1953. Over the years he was subjected to many torturous physical, mental, psychological, chemical conditioning and implant experiments, designed to make him into an unstoppable hunter/seeker/assassin. With well over 140 different programs under the MK Ultra umbrella, there are many aspects victims have in common, including ritual abuse, abusive families, and constant terrorizing as children. They micro fractured and dislocated his bones in effort to make them harder, denser, and stronger, as well as subjecting him to shock treatments. There was also hypnosis, sound 'treatments' and 'a chair' that was used to either implant false memories and/or remove specific memories in a debriefing and replace them with something more innocuous. The training included, drugs, genetic manipulation, ultra-steroids, bionics, and implants.
In the late 1960's he was trained and used as a remote viewer in Project Talent, a sub project of the MK Ultra program, and by 1970 he was assigned combat roles in the Cambodian side of the Ho Chi Minh trail. He trained Khmer freedom fighters in stealth tactics and facilitated them equipping themselves from the weapons and stockpiles of the Khmer Rouge, just prior to the US bombings of Battambong. John became "problematic" as an MK Ultra operative because he was questioning the motives of his controllers so his position was pulled. He was then given the option to join up as a "contractor" with the DEA and other alphabet agencies in hunting down drug lords and other such monsters in Central America. His unit was designated as "Disney Toons" and his call sign was: "Thumper", probably for his machine gun punching style. Over time, John's real memories started flooding back. In this broadcast you will hear his story of how he overcame these unspeakable acts against him beginning in childhood and we will talk about solutions regarding how we can stop these still on going projects.
John was was born into a family of hereditary witches that traces it's ancestry back many centuries to ancient Tara. MK Ultra programs are known to target children who are genetically predisposed with psychic ability. He was raised and trained in the craft by his grandmother, and was the only male witch in his family. He is a highly trained ninja and a master of martial arts and began his martial arts training in 1963. John is a Second Degree Black Belt in Mas Oyamas Karate, and has a master's ranking in Chinese Kenpo . He ran his own chain of studios. In addition, John studied Radio & TV Broadcasting at El Paso Community College in Colorado Springs, CO.
Johns books: "Practical Witchery" that is available to download free here. "Matriarch of the Witch Clan." www.witchclan.com.
Duncan O'Finioan also joined us as he is also a Mk Ultra survivor who was trained by John in the programs. Both trained as young soldiers in hand-to-hand combat, psychic warfare, and sword-fighting, Duncan was was trained, like thousands of other child warriors, and controlled by those with an agenda for power and global dominance. Duncan wrote "Innocence Turned Deadly".

The crisis in Ukraine and the steadily dropping temperature in relations between Moscow and Washington made many talk about a new Cold War; and many others are worried it may turn 'hot'. But there's another war going on right now: the information war. US Secretary of State Kerry has already attacked RT, calling it "Putin's propaganda machine." But Washington itself uses dubious evidence and fake facts. What is the information war? What methods is America using? Sophie talks to Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and veteran correspondent Chris Hedges. -RT.com

Robert has studied the paranormal and UFOs for over 40 years and has published many research articles exposing government cover-up and deception in the JFK assassination. He has also written extensively to expose NASA’s use of “disinformation technology” in suppressing evidence of extraterrestrial life and exposing the real nature and threat of the UFO phenomenon.
He is currently the Associate Editor of UFO Digest. In this program, we’ll discuss a number of subjects. We’ll begin with the Dyatlov Pass incident in the Ural Mountains of Russia in 1959 and also discuss Yuri Gagarin's UFO files. We jump from the Soviet Union to the Frankfurt School and talk about international communism as the preferred political system of the New World Order.

Algorithm Is First to Identify Faces Better Than Humans Can, April 23, 2014

Let’s face it, from trivia to teaching, computers are doing things we thought were uniquely human — and doing them better. Now, facial recognition, a skill humans once dominated, has a new champion. Computer scientists have developed a facial recognition algorithm that, for the first time, outperforms humans’ own abilities.
Facial recognition systems are already better than humans at comparing two images to determine if they are the same person, but only when variables like lighting, pose and expression are controlled. When you shake things up, humans still correctly identify faces with over 97 percent accuracy; before now no other algorithm had come close that mark. However, scientists’ new algorithm, called GaussianFace, performed the feat with an accuracy of 98.52 percent.
Training the Champ
The new algorithm condenses each face it “sees” into a small image to position the eyes, nose, and corners of the mouth in consistent locations. Then, it further divides the image into small, overlapping squares and mathematically charts each square’s unique characteristics, allowing it to compare two images.
Scientists trained the algorithm to look for correct facial features by setting it loose on four massive datasets of face images. Once training was complete, it was time for the main event: Labeled Faces in the Wild (LFW).
LFW is a dataset of 13,000 face images, and is considered the gauntlet for face recognition algorithms. It challenges programs to determine whether a pair of pictures is the same person or different people. However, each photo switches up angles, lighting, makeup and expressions to really test an algorithm’s proficiency.
The GaussianFace algorithm emerged from the test a champion, beating humans’ 97.35 percent average performance on LFW. The algorithm could someday be used in myriad applications including security, image retrieval, and biometric credentials for our computers and mobile devices. The scientists published their findings earlier this month in the online journal arXiv.
