Dr. h.c. Dieter Broers forscht bereits seit den 1980er Jahren als Bio-Physiker auf dem Gebiet der Frequenz- und Regulationstherapie. Da Dieter Broers mit seinen Arbeiten wissenschaftliches Neuland betreten hatte, wurde ihm die Leitung und Koordination eines vom Bundesministerium für Forschung und Technologie geförderter interdisziplinäres Forschungsauftrages "A-thermische (innerhalb des Rauschens) E-M-Wechselfelder in Bezug auf biologische Systeme" übertragen, in dem die Technische Universität Berlin, die Freie Universität Berlin und die Humboldt Universität Berlin mit bis zu neun Fachbereichen einbezogen waren und zusammenarbeiteten.
Aufgrund seiner Erfindung ist es ihm und seiner Forschungsgruppe gelungen, einen bis dahin nicht für möglich gehalten Effekt nachzuweisen, der es ermöglichte, völlig neuartige Therapiegeräte zu entwickeln, welche in der medizinischen Forschung tatsächlich eine neue Epoche einleiteten. Insgesamt wurden für seine Erfindungen 109 internationale Patente erteilt (Europa, USA, Japan usw.).
Dieter Broers Arbeiten wurden auf internationalen Kongressen und Symposien (USA, Japan, Thailand, Russland, China usw.) über die Universitäten vorgetragen. Aufgrund seiner wissenschaftlichen Leistung wurde Dieter Broers in das International Council for Scientific Development (ICSD) berufen, um als herausragender Wissenschaftler für diese Institution zu arbeiten. Dem auf eine Mitgliederzahl von weltweit 700 begrenzten ICSD gehören Spitzenwissenschaftler an, darunter zahlreiche Nobelpreisträger.
Seit 1997 arbeitet Dieter Broers als Direktor für Bio-Physik innerhalb des ICSD und ist im Committee for International Research Centres. Dieter Broers ist seit drei Jahrzehnten in diesem Forschungsbereich tätig und arbeitet seit 1999 überwiegend in seinem Labor in Griechenland, von wo er die wesentlichsten Projekte beobachtet und steuert. Dieter Broers ist als Nestor dieses Bereiches der Frequenzforschung zu betrachten.

Appearing during the middle two hours, leading expert in the world of secret intelligence, Gordon Thomas discussed the history of two British Intelligence agencies, MI5 and MI6. MI5 handles domestic cases, like the FBI in America, while MI6 is Britain's international arm of intelligence, like the CIA in the US. MI6 just recently established that Hezbollah has been "equipped with state-of-the-art Iranian missiles," he reported. Britain is concerned that if those missiles are fired, it could bring out "sleeper agents" to act in the UK, and because of situations like this, MI5 and MI6 now work closely together, almost as though they were one agency, he explained.
Thomas talked about Britain's increased usage of surveillance cameras. In Britain today, you are photographed between 300-400 times a day, and London has more cameras than Beijing or Moscow, he noted. "We are now in this country at the highest level of security," particularly with the election coming up, he said, adding that it's believed bin Laden is still alive and may be planning a terrorist attack to coincide with the 2012 Olympic games in London. He also addressed the suspicious death of Dr. David Kelly, who was said to be planning a tell-all book about his experiences as weapons inspector in Iraq, before he committed "suicide."

People such as the BTK killer are able to live a seemingly normal life to their family and friends and keep their murders secretly compartmentalized, she noted. The TV series, Dexter, about a serial killer who kills only those who have committed crimes like murder, is not psychologically realistic, as typical serial killers would not live by such a code, she commented.

Amazing CIA Mind Control Potential Proven in Documents
"....It has been shown clearly that physically individuals can be induced into H by telephone, by receiving written matter, or by the use of code, signal, or words. Control of those hypnotized can be passed from one individual to another without great difficulty. What this means is that separate personalities could be created in which a subject could do something in one personality and not remember it in another personality.

Thus, you could conceivably have a person do criminal acts in one personality while having no memory of performing those acts. The person could be made to operate in out of dissociative states if directed by a simple phone call. The person would also be able to pass a lie detector test because he or she would honestly believe that they had not committed any crimes.
This information lends itself to the possibility that the lone nut gunmen, that nearly always seem to be responsible for major political assassinations, are perhaps being occasionally programmed by such a method.

In reality, human beings operate as social animals, and it would stand to reason that at least some of the time there would be others involved in our recent political hits.For example, in the Lincoln Assassination there were several people that were hanged and others imprisoned for their help in killing the President.

Appearing for the full four hours, former advertising executive Ed Haslam discussed how his investigation of the 1964 murder of a cancer researcher led him to a story which connects a massive contamination of the polio vaccine to our current cancer epidemic and even the JFK assassination. "When you look at the story, each piece fits in with each other piece, very cleanly and very logically," Haslam observed, "it's only when you stand back and look at it, that it looks as strange as it does.
" While researching the mysterious death of Dr. Mary Sherman, Haslam discovered that polio vaccines created in the 1950's had been tainted with a cancer-causing virus. This contamination, he said, was detected after half of the doses, a staggering 100 million vaccines, had been administered to an unwitting public. Allegedly, the creators of the vaccine were afraid to admit the error and subsequently distributed the remaining half of the "medicine" as well. Having studied data on cancer diagnoses, Haslam noted that a "massive epidemic" of soft tissue cancers "erupts in the years following the polio vaccines."
