St. Petersburgh, Russia, and the city is still abuzz after a peaceful invasion of the skies on April 9, 10 and 11 was witnessed by multiple citizens. Numerous videos have surfaced, showing what appeared to be an enormous mothership, which could be seen floating above the city at night. Brightly lit orbs joined the ship, or were seen breaking off from it, and floating across the skies. This phenomenon continued for three days and three nights.
The event is destined to go down in history as one of the most important and significant sightings of the century, not only because of the clarity and duration of these sightings, but also because of the numerous witnesses and videotapes of the event.
Russian news media covered the story of these bright twinkling lights in the sky, reporting however that the army claimed that these lights were training exercises, a story which was immediately debunked. In fact at one point the police were called and asked to deal with the UFO hovering 900 metres above the airport, which was disrupting flight traffic. When operatives arrived the ship had disappeared.

Synopsis
While Wikipedia defines the Tavistock Institute of Human Behavior as "a charity concerned with group behaviour and organisational behaviour," author John Coleman defines it as the malevolent scourge of the modern world.
How mankind is truly governed, by whom, and to what end is the current running through Coleman's many books and hundreds of white papers. Formerly employed by the British government, and having lived for many years around the world, Coleman explains that successfully planned and implemented, propaganda puts words into our vocabulary, misguided concepts into reality, laws on the books, and starts wars.
"All wars are started by a contrived situation."
"[The Tavistock Institute] was formed to get us into wars. That was their mandate," says Coleman. "Because wars make money. The Institute was financed by the British Royal Family and then by the Rothchilds, who have been involved in funding almost every war; both sides, so they reap a double benefit."
How it started
In 1913, the British Royal Family, jealous of German trade success, wanted to start a war with them. The English public, however, had no quarrel with the Germans, says Coleman. So, two brothers at a place called Wellington House were hired to turn public opinion around, which they did do. Soon enough the British came to believe that Kaiser Wilhelm and the Germans in general, were a vile and despicable people. They were ready for war.
Thus began the work that Tavistock continues today. The brothers had invented a set of insidious, malicious methods that turn minds into mush; that make people utterly controllable; that make them believe lies.
Coleman says Tavistock and its mind-control methods are as alive and well today as they were when President Woodrow Wilson had a dedicated line to the Institute at his White House desk.
Coleman's extensive body of research constitutes a veritable call to arms. Americans have little knowledge of the U.S. Constitution, he is saying, which is why they can be dominated by laws in serious violation of its contents. Coleman's book on abortion rights says there are none, according to our forefathers' document.
In this interview Coleman calls the American people "kind, gentle, and easy to mislead." It is one of the biggest areas of research in terms of trying to figure out, manipulate, mold, shape, and form the mind," he noted. While DARPA serves as the lead, almost every branch of the US military explores this kind of technology, he continued.
"Electronic telepathy is just a synthetic version of what is the natural radio of human beings, if you will...each of us is a transceiver and a transducer, we're picking up energy, we're transferring energy," and that's why telepathy, energy medicine, and higher human capacities are all associated with changes in energy states, Begich commented. But, a mental background of fear and anxiety will prevent people from experiencing higher states of consciousness, he pointed out.
HAARP is an array of antennas in Alaska, and by firing radio frequencies through them, a number of effects can be created such as altering the ionosphere. Begich reported that the secretive program is still active, contrary to rumors that it had closed down. It's possible HAARP technology could be used for manipulation of weather for control of a battlefield, creating what appears to be natural disasters, as well as earthquake generation using a small amount of energy to trigger a much larger reaction, he detailed. The earth-penetrating tomography function of HAARP uses a pulse rate that correlates to the rhythms of the human brain, which suggests that mind control/influence could be done over a large area through the atmosphere, he added.

Remember that video making the YouTube rounds last year showing an extra in a silent film using a cell phone? Well that's the stuff Lamont Wood is writing about in OUT OF PLACE IN TIME AND SPACE. A toy helicopter found in a pyramid, UFOs in medieval paintings, concrete used in millennia-old buildings.
Wood says he was thinking about time travel as he explored the many anachronisms evident in art, science, geography, medicine, architecture, literature, etc. But in the end, his working title became PEOPLE THINKING THE SAME WAY, CENTURIES APART - a phrase he admits explains away some, but not all, of his findings.
Wood's unsolved historical conundrums include the strange case of the Kennewick Man, human remains found in Washington state in 1996, which date between 5 and 10 thousand years old -- a Caucasoid in Native American time and territory.
Nor can Wood explain a number of accurate visions of future history the book describes. Or how modern war games and disaster preparation scenarios can mimic future events to a T. (As they did in New Orleans with Hurricane Katrina). Or how the book, WAG THE DOG, accurately portrayed the Clinton presidency, Lewinsky affair, trouble in Albania schematic where life imitated art.
The oddities at play in these enigmas are not easily categorized as time line anomalies or as metaphysical events. Wood says his research bore out the conclusion that "engineers thinking parallel, centuries apart, is not a mystery. Other things are."
Mel says the book is fascinating. Reading it before taking in this interview would lend some clarity to details flying fast and furiously here, not to mention to phrases like reverse anachronism from the future.

Aztlán is the mythical ancestral home of the Nahua peoples, one of the main cultural groups in Mesoamerica and, by extension, is the mythical homeland of the Uto-Aztecan peoples. Aztec is the Nahuatl word for "people from Aztlan".
While Aztlán has many trappings of myth, similar to Tamoanchan, Chicomoztoc, Tollan and Cibola, archaeologists have nonetheless attempted to identify the geographic place of origin for the Mexica.
At the equinox of 2009 began the search for Aztlán in Ojuelos, Jalisco. The Nahui Ollin Association has found traces of a civilization that might be related to Aztlán.

Mike, a former Oregonian now a resident of Stockholm, teaches psychology and international finance. We begin the first hour commenting on the Nordic model of government and society. Mike talks about how conformity within a society is an ideal system for the psychopath.
We'll also discuss how a "reverse Freud" is used to overthrow tradition and create revolution. Then, we'll discuss repression within a society, which creates a sort of schizophrenia. April 4, 2012–Writer and physicist Russell Targ discussed his involvement in creating the Remote Viewing program at the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) during the Cold War, as well as various remote viewing applications and experiments. After two decades of research at SRI, they demonstrated that ordinary people visiting their laboratory could learn to accurately describe and experience what was going on at distant places, and that in fact, with practice most people can learn to "remote view."
After learning the skill from psychic Ingo Swann, he and Hal Puthoff trained a team of Army Intelligence officers in the 1970s, and under a classified program, they were given directives by the CIA to find and gather information on operational targets, particularly about the Soviets. They also looked at the Chinese, atomic bomb tests, and the American hostages in Iran. Interestingly, during this time the Russians were interested in remote behavior modification, such as getting an American leader to misspeak, but it was unknown how successful they were in that regard, he reported. While providing their findings to the government who was funding the program, Targ was also able to publish his research about the validity of ESP in peer journals, though at the time they had to keep the military involvement a secret.

He placed an object behind him on a chair, and asked listeners to sketch what they saw in their mind on paper, without being analytical or naming it at first. It turned out to be a globe of the world placed on a tall, conical wooden pedestal, and several people emailed somewhat accurate descriptions of it before Russell announced what it was.

April 1, 2012–Håkan Blomqvist discusses the strange alien encounter of Richard Höglund, one of Sweden's few reported contact cases. Håkan works as a librarian at the Norrköping City Library. He spends much of his free time at the Archive for UFO Research (AFU), which he co-founded in 1973. Today he is president of AFU and also vice chairman of the national organization UFO-Sweden. Equipped with an imaginative temperament and an existential curiosity, he is fascinated with both literature and life's mysterious aspects.
For many years he's also been interested in the theosophical/esoteric tradition. Håkan is the author of three books (written in Swedish): "UFO - in myth and reality", "Strangers on our earth" and "A trip through time - UFO-Sweden's history: 1970 - 2010". Richard Höglund (1913-1977) was a rock-blaster by profession who claimed to have encountered aliens from another world for the first time in December 1965, while taking his dog for a walk at Grind Hult lake near the town of Uddevalla in Sweden.
Richard was given a metal plaque with hieroglyph symbols on it from space people, which cured his kidney stone. Höglund was told by them to go to the Bahamas on a number of occasions to help the aliens work on a peace project. This led to a series of strange events, including Richard's involvement with Mafia kingpin Lou Chesler in Bahamas. Many eyewitnesses were interviewed about this case and circumstantial evidence seems to support Richard's Story. We'll discuss this case in detail with Håkan. ~Red Ice Creations

March 20, 2012 -- while filming in the distance saw what at first appeared to be possible feather fluttering in the wind saw due to its flight pattern it wasn't-- so removed camera from tripod and filmed this cute small white Orb around 7 pm.. It was fairly close to me downstairs in courtyard.. I called my husband out to see it.. This was first Orb hubby has seen with naked eye.. Orb was meandering along and suddenly increased speed and went straight up into the sky, Night time Orb cluster was filmed on 17th March and was along curve in retaining wall. This is second time I've seen this cluster there- but 1st time to film it..

He explained that his investigation of the infamous entities focused on the language of the original Hebrew texts where they are described. As such, he dismissed the popular notion that the Nephilim were "fallen angels," since the entities are never given that moniker. Rather, they are said to be the result of a union between "watchers" and humans. Roberts theorized that the creation of the Nephilim could be traced all the way back to the Garden of Eden and a dalliance between Eve and an entity metaphorically called a "serpent." As to the origins of these "visitors" who played a hand in creating the Nephilim, he acknowledged that they could have been spiritual beings, "minor Gods," or even extraterrestrials.
Ultimately, Roberts said, these Nephilim are blamed for corrupting the human race by sharing forbidden knowledge with them, a theme appears in many creation stories. In light of this corruption, he surmised, the great flood of Noah's Ark lore was orchestrated not to punish the corrupt humans, but to wipe away the presence of the Nephilim on Earth. However, Roberts suggested that the Nephilim may still be on the planet as what we call "demons." He cited a passage in the book of Enoch which says that the "spirits" of the Nephilim that died in the flood remained on Earth in a ghostly form to "wreak the same havoc, from a spirit form, on humanity that they wreaked while in physical form."
The ancient books of Genesis and Enoch tell us that spirit beings known as the "Watchers" descended to the Earth and had sex with the locals thereby creating a hybrid race of offspring known as the Nephilim. A serious piece of our history, these accounts of visitations and subsequent mixed-blood alien-human races have been derived from a body of substantive information via mythology, legend, and religion. This spine-tingling expose is a powerful challenge to the naysayers who claim that the legends of the Nephilim are just that----legends.
