February 3, 2013–Russell Targ is a physicist, scientific researcher and author whose pioneering contributions to laser and laser communications has earned him two National Aeronautics and Space Administration awards. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Queens College and did graduate work in physics at Columbia University. Targ has published over a hundred scientific papers on lasers, plasma physics, and ESP research.
In 1972 Targ cofounded and worked for the innovative CIA-sponsored Stanford Research Institute (SRI) where psychic abilities were tested for two decades. Targ retired as the senior staff scientist from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Space Co. in 1997. In a previous article I explained and defined the four walls of our manufactured thought prison—a prison designed to keep us locked into a perpetual state of ignorance via pre-defined misunderstandings of reality that are DICTATED TO US by those whose power is protected by those misunderstandings. Further, this form of ignorance is critical in building an inequitable two-party class system wherein one class ends up ruling over the other.
This imposed model of dichotomy facilitates, and therefore continually re-creates the master-and-slave construct, whether we refer to it as serfdom, class warfare, breakaway civilization, or the manufactured gap between the 1% and the 99%. In either or every case, proper knowledge and the ability to control, constrict, restrict and censor the flow and use of that knowledge, is where the real power over others lies. In more distilled terms, secrecy from them = bad for us—even where cosmology is concerned. To re-emphasize this point, I’m going to quickly reiterate it philosophically via pattern recognition before I reference sources of cosmological knowledge that our global handlers never bothered to share with the rest of us.

In our first interview with Dave Stetzer, the founder of Stetzer Electric and the developer of the Stetzerizer® power line electromagnetic filter, we learned that 70% of the current from the U.S. electrical grid goes back onto the wires or into the ground. Dr. Magda Havas, an associate professor of Environmental and Resource Studies at Trent University, set out to disprove this claim. After observing Dave’s measurements herself, she realized that the ground is no longer a sink for current but a source that feeds into the plumbing of all homes and buildings. If we hope to ever fully grasp the magnitude and health risks of electrosmog (including dirty electricity, microwave radiation, and other forms of electropollution), we need to understand ground current and stray voltage.
The level of misinformation and attacks on Dave Stetzer and Dr. Havas has been astounding. 1) The climate change is real, and there is more to it than CO2 and 'global warming' - it is all extremes.
2) The entire solar system appears to be changing simultaneously.
3) The magnetic changes on earth began hundreds of years ago, and need to be tracked more effectively.
4) Weather modification appears to be implemented, and IMHO it is a zero-sum game.
Fact vs Opinion: The 'Weather Modification' segment contains many statements of my personal opinion on the negative aspects of the various applications. I have nothing but my humble opinion on those matters; humans survived this event before, and we can do it again now.
HAARP comments are meant to help focus our efforts to properly identify these various machines of modification. While auroral modulation has it's benefits, my negative comments about weather modification applies to HAARP as well. ~Suspicious0bservers
