  • Price’s Hits: Accurately described Soviet Semipalatinsk facility and NSA facility, producing near-blueprint sketches.
  • Price’s Death: Died in 1975, possibly poisoned by the KGB, with his body missing for 24 hours.
  • KGB Motivation: Smith suggests KGB had motive to eliminate Price, as remote viewers were hard to block.
  • Scientology Connection: Price, Puthoff, and Swann were Scientologists, possibly facilitating Price’s entry.
  • Remote Viewing Limitations: Not 100% accurate; even skilled viewers like Price made errors.
  • Training Targets: Involved concrete geographical locations with known feedback to refine skills.
  • Operational Targets: Real-world tasks often lacked immediate feedback, necessitating practice targets.
  • Feedback Importance: Essential for skill maintenance, as lack of feedback could degrade performance.
  • Smith’s Recruitment: Recruited in 1983 as a Middle East intelligence officer, unaware of the program.
  • Recruitment Process: Involved psychological and personality tests to assess suitability.

  • Outbounder Protocol: Team visited a physical target, with the viewer locating them remotely.
  • Lesson from Donut Incident: Highlighted importance of maintaining focus on intended target.
  • Mount Hayes Viewing: Smith unknowingly viewed an alleged alien base in Alaska, previously viewed by Pat Price in 1974.
  • Tic Tac Sketch: Smith sketched a craft resembling the 2004 Nimitz “Tic Tac” UFO during Mount Hayes session.
  • Alien Base Details: Described beings resembling bored military personnel, suggesting mundane yet anomalous presence.
  • Mel Riley’s Sketch: Viewer Mel Riley depicted a cave with an alien operating a communication device at Mount Hayes.
  • Pat Price’s Notes: Smith saw Price’s Mount Hayes sketches in 2006-2007, confirming similarities with his 1984 viewing.
  • Telepathic Overlay: Phenomenon where one viewer’s perceptions influence others, potentially skewing results.
  • Dark Side of Moon Viewing: Smith, Ingo Swann, and another viewer described a cavity and artifacts on the moon’s dark side.
  • Manta Ray Craft: Smith sketched a conscious, bio-mechanical craft aware of his viewing, a unique experience.
  • Consciousness Interaction: Craft’s awareness suggested novel viewer-target interaction.
  • Bilocation Phenomenon: Viewers experience dual presence at target and in viewing room, termed bilocation.
  • Correlation with Fiction: Smith’s bio-mechanical craft predated similar concepts in Battlestar Galactica and Stargate Atlantis.
  • Epistemic Humility: Smith acknowledges uncertainty, estimating majority likelihood that anomalies are real.
  • MX Missile Case: Viewers accurately predicted missile locations in a simulated shell game, leading to program cancellation.
  • Carter’s Decision: President Carter canceled MX program due to remote viewing’s success, confirmed by a letter to Ed May.
  • Chinese Nuclear Test: Viewers described a failed test, noting disappointment and partial success, later confirmed.
  • Tipping Mechanism: Remote viewing highlighted areas for further intelligence investigation.
  • Robert Gates’ Claim: Gates’ assertion of no policy influence refuted by MX case.

  • CIA Closure: CIA closed the program in June 1995, shortly after inheriting it.
  • Hal Puthoff’s Role: Physicist who co-developed remote viewing, briefed Congress on UAPs, vetted whistleblowers.
  • Puthoff’s Credibility: Smith trusts Puthoff implicitly, citing consistent truthfulness.
  • David Grusch: Puthoff confirmed Grusch’s ET craft claims as legitimate, based on years of collaboration.
  • Jake Barber: Puthoff less definitive about Barber’s psionics claims, possibly due to lack of involvement.
  • Psionics Definition: Coined in the 1950s by sci-fi writers, refers to mind-technology interfaces, may overlap with “psychoenergetics.”
  • Psionics vs. Remote Viewing: Psionics is active (projecting consciousness), remote viewing is passive (perceiving).
  • Continued Programs: Skip Atwater suggested other programs existed post-1995, a significant claim.
  • Gifted and Talented Claims: Smith skeptical of recruiting kids for psychic programs, citing legal and practical issues.
  • Child Suitability: Children may be open to psychic phenomena but lack experience for complex tasks.
  • Labile Consciousness: Children’s flexible consciousness aids simple tasks, not sophisticated intelligence work.
  • Mindsite Example: Children detecting colors while blindfolded is feasible, but complex remote viewing is not.
  • Barber’s Team: Member’s claim of childhood grooming adds intrigue, enhanced by ambiguity.
  • Skepticism of Critics: Smith’s dissertation found skeptical criticisms unconvincing.
  • Non-Local Consciousness: Remote viewing suggests consciousness transcends space and time, challenging materialist ontologies.
  • Philosophical Implications: Points to a reality where mind is non-local, with profound esoteric possibilities.

UFO Whistleblower Dave Grusch Tells Me Everything | Documentary | Sept. 11, 2023

Source: Jesse Michels youtube

Dave Grusch is a former 14-year high ranking intelligence officer who left government in early '23 to blow the whistle on UFO’s. In 2019, he was tasked by the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Pentagon to investigate UFO’s as part of the Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon Task Force (or UAPTF).

In that context, he slowly started to uncover a covert UFO reverse engineering program being concealed from the civilian government. In June of '23, he outed himself to the public. In July of '23, he testified before Congress. We sat down for hours and talked about the entire history of UFO's, UFO and Atomic secrecy, Presidents and their relationships to UFO's and the insane world of Anti-Gravity research.
