The Black Budget Blasts Off!
Join Dark Journalist as he welcomes back Former Assistant Housing Secretary Catherine Austin Fitts for Part 1 of their mind blowing examination of the intense secrecy surrounding the futuristic UFO Economy and Black Budget totalitarian domination over all activities in Space.

Secret Space Program
She traces the Secret Space Program from a historical perspective to the National Security Act of 1947 where enormous resources were handed over to covert operators to develop a Secret System of Finance. This eventually created the CIA and a select group that were in charge of advanced UFO technology, completely hidden from the public. By the time JFK came into office ready to challenge this shadow government and make the space program the centerpiece of his administration, the civil war between the Deep State and the public state was in full force.
After JFK was assassinated, the space program was eventually split into two aspects. One was a faltering, de-funded, accident prone parody of the original NASA that had put a man on the moon, and the other was a super-advanced, black budget funded, covert space marvel that helped develop a Breakaway Civilization for dominance in space using diverted public funds. This space program developed the SDI Star Wars Technology that weaponized space in violation of global treaties.
The true mystery of this covert program is that it was likely developed not only to control life and resources on Earth, but also to confront an off-world UFO civilization that had been observed dominating our skies since 1947. Recently Former Soviet Leader Mikhail Gorbachev confirmed that President Reagan had asked him for assistance in dealing with a UFO space threat.The split of the space program into two parts, one overt and the other covert, created a schizophrenic situation between the official reality and the hidden truth that is becoming more and more difficult to conceal as public awareness grows and the choke-hold of corporate interests and the National Security State are exposed.

Jay Dyer was back for his second visit to give us a debriefing of the 2015 Secret Space program Conference in Austin, Texas. This was a gathering of independent researchers sharing their findings that all point into the direction of a secret space program that's been going on, maybe since the 1850s! Many perspectives from finance to history, technology, social engineering, and more were presented.
One of Jay's many areas of research is movies with secret space programs and breakaway civilization plot lines, and the James Bond book and movie franchise. Many Bond stories have had plot lines involving ultra-mega rich, dark, nefarious characters with their own PRIVATE space programs.
While this might seem like a big stretch, remember the old saying, “Follow the money trail.” Katherine Austin Fitts, another of the presenters, explained the gigantic, invisible, off the books, money system that may well be paying for this Secret Space Program and THAT'S where the really cool hardware and software is being employed, and NOT the fireworks show NASA has been showing us for the past 50 years.
We also touched on how "out in the open" private space programs, including Elon Musk's SpaceX and Sir Richard Branson's, Virgin Galactic are likely to be fronts, or distractions for our consumption, so that "we the sheeple" don't think or ask about the "real" advanced hardware and software. Both SpaceX and Virgin Galactic programs are using concepts that are over 60 years old, but dressed up with new materials and computers.
They are definitely real programs that are potentially very dangerous (as we say a years ago), but are using very old concepts. With the publication of the first audio which came about when GoodET was able to vocalize his memories for the first time. The recording was made during a private recall session between Christine and GoodET in his home, previous to this moment he had been experiencing memory recall however had not been able to speak about these experiences.
The impact that the release of this video had was surprising and presented us with a difficult course to navigate. It had the effect of awakening in many others their own buried memories. GoodET and myself along with other moderators on the forum began receiving emails and private messages from those who wanted to tell their own stories. It became quickly apparent that while we worked effectively with our best intentions and heart felt compassion we also we not adequately prepared or had the proper format to provide the safety and expertise to lead so many through the potentially treacherous mind field of embedded triggers.

The X-37B, the U.S. Air Force’s secret robotic space plane, has now been in orbit for almost 500 days, a record-breaking time period for space endurance. The latest version of the relatively tiny spacecraft, which is just one quarter of the size of the space shuttles, was launched in December 2012 on a top-secret mission.
The X-37B has a payload bay approximately the size of a pickup truck bed, and it is thought to be carrying highly sensitive cargo. It began its life as a NASA project to build a small, unmanned space plane, then the project was passed over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency in 2004. A lack of funds prompted a further handover to the U.S. Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office, which is continuing to manage the X-37B program.
The unmanned spacecraft can remain in orbit for much longer than the original Space Shuttles, which were limited by the requirements of the crew on board to short missions of up to 17 days.
The first X-37B launched, OTV-1, was able to orbit for 225 days; its sister plane OTV-2 doubled that time by staying in space for 469 days. Now the latest X-37B has already exceeded its predecessors and there is no indication that its mission is at an end.
So what is it doing up there?
Despite its record stay in space, no details have been released about its mission, or when it might return. The U.S. Air Force is happy to comment on the space drone as a technological achievement, but refuses to elaborate on its purpose.Consequently, rumors are rife, but the official line is that the X-37B is merely an experimental platform for "operating experiments which can be returned to, and examined, on Earth."

This video was put together using some of the best footage of current technology used by the military and of recent anomalous objects and events caught on film, to present an hypothetical scenario that may have a certain reality to it. April 12, 2011–Back from his trip to Amsterdam, Richard C. Hoagland articulated his theory of a secret space program, and its possible connection to the 9-11 attacks, in the second half of the program. Clandestine groups are involved in a secret space war, "and the terrestrial equivalent to cover this fact, is the so-called War on Terror...that's why we have hundreds of thousands of troops stationed at key strategic positions around this planet, having nothing to do with the ostensible reasons why they're there," he explained.
There are six groups involved in the space wars, and two of them are non-terrestrial-- possibly humans that used advanced technology to develop civilizations off world, he suggested. Japan, he noted, is "being clobbered for a reason, and I believe it is fundamentally part of this secret space war." The 9-11 attacks were a shot across the bow that the status quo was over, he continued, adding that exotic technology was used to turn the Twin Towers into dust-- "some kind of massive disintegrator beam, based on Torsion physics."
Aspartame Update
First hour guest, Dr. Betty Martini shared an update on aspartame dangers. She argued that some people convicted of methanol poisoning were innocent, and that the victims actually consumed excess aspartame products leading to methanol toxicity. She also reported on a study which linked diet drinks to heart attacks and strokes.
2012 & Ancient Sites
Appearing during the second hour, pharmacist and amateur astronomer Lawrence Joyce began research to debunk 2012 and discovered astonishing connections that establish how the ancients came up with their calendar. He found an obelisk in Quito, Ecuador that dates back to 1500 BC that served as an observatory to mark the arrival of the winter solstice. The Mayans chose the end of their Long Count calendar on the winter solstice of Dec. 21, 2012, as at the obelisk the solstice occurs exactly at sunrise, he said. The ending of the Mayan calendar is analogous to the visit of the Three Wise Men at Bethlehem, as some significant change in history will take place, he added.
