Ex-NORAD officer Stan Fulham talked about his prediction that a fleet of UFOs would hover over the Earth's major cities on October 13th. Fulham explained that he receives his insight from a "transcended spiritual group," which consists of "very old souls who have lived on many different planets and spiritual realms." According to him, the UFO visitation is because the Earth's environment has been polluted beyond the point of human salvation and, thus, the ETs must intervene to fix the situation. Unlike other planets, where the inhabitants were allowed to pollute their environment to the point of mass extinction, the Earth has the "greatest emotionally energy of any planet" in the universe and, therefore, was granted this special aid from off-world forces.
Fulham clarified his prediction's timetable with new information that he allegedly received three weeks ago. Originally, the entities planned to appear over a plethora of major Earth cities on October 13th, 2010. They had no intention of landing or communicating with the planet, instead opting merely to make their presence known in gradually increasing appearances. 52 of them, someone counted. With non-satellite actions by Oakmont, PA, near Pittsburgh. Also called Unusual Aerial Phenomenon (UAP), I don't see this much high-altitude action over Murrysville (only couple of satellites), and this area I've seen none of the low, hovering morphing orange/amber/yellow fireball types that blink--even though its CLOSER to Pittsburgh International Airport, other airports, hospitals and has thick woods.... Only REAL aircrafts spotted here (which always show on FlightAware) in the past year here --and a few most-likely-are satellites (like ISS) occasionally (steady path, steady speed, no changes in direction).
But before dinner on the 9th, when we were all kayaking, in the clear blue sky a WHITE sphere-type UFO crossed overhead, then disappeared after about 30 seconds.... So I thought I'd better take a look later with my Generation 3A nightvision scope (ATN NVM14-3A w/5X magnification lens on Sony HD cam).
You will notice some of the objects in this video will suddenly appear from nowhere--the reverse of what we saw in daytime.
This is only 15 minutes of CONTINUOUS filming to show how active the sky was--more were seen before I attached the cam--MANY more. I'm hoping that the October 13, 2010 prediction of a mass UFO showing will at least get people outside to look UP....Whether or not that rumored date is accurate, is not important (in my opinion), because all of us already watching the skies KNOW they are ALREADY HERE. What IS important is for people to go outside and LOOK for themselves. After all, seeing IS believing. ~seeingUFOsPA

A mysterious shiny object floating high over Manhattan's West Side set off a flurry of reports and wild speculation Wednesday that a UFO was flying over the city.
Police and the FAA said they began getting flooded with calls starting at 1:30 p.m. from people reporting a silvery object hovering high over Chelsea.
Law enforcement sources said they believed the object was likely some sort of balloon, but as of late Wednesday they had not confirmed exactly what it is.
A Daily News reporter could see a tiny, silver dot floating approximately 5,000 feet above 23th St. and Eighth Ave., where dozens of people gathered late in the afternoon to catch a glimpse.
"It's been hovering there for a while. I'm just kind of baffled," said Joseph Torres, 49, of Dyker Heights, Brooklyn, who spotted the object after leaving a movie. "How can it be ordinary? There is something going on."
Despite clear skies, it was not easy to make out the tiny object shimmering overhead.
"You really have to look up to see it," said one witness, who gave only his first name, Rico. "It's a little crazy. I guess that's why they call it an unidentified flying object because they don't know what it is."
Not long after the first sightings, messages began appearing on Twitter linking to a month-old press release announcing the publication of a book by a retired NORAD officer predicting that UFOs would buzz the earth's major cities on Oct. 13.
The Federal Aviation Administration said it received several calls to its operations center but after reviewing radar data, the agency could not find anything out of the ordinary.
"We re-ran radar to see if there was anything there that we can't account for but there is nothing in the area," said spokesman Jim Peters. "There was some helicopter traffic over the river at that time and we checked with LaGuardia Tower. And they said they had nothing going low at that time."
"Nothing that we can account for would prompt this kind of response," he said.
Peters said if it was a weather balloon or any kind of organized balloon release, authorities should have been notified in advance. Police officials said they had received no notification.

While serving in the Air Force, Filer was onboard an aircraft tanker over the UK when he and his crew were asked to check out a UFO on radar. When they got close to the large object it flew off at extraordinary speed. Later, while serving at Ft. Dix he was asked to brief Generals on an incident involving the shooting of an alien that had landed its craft on their runway. He is now a MUFON regional director and produces a weekly UFO newsletter called Filer’s Files.

The Rendlesham Forest Incident is the name given to a series of reported sightings of unexplained lights and the alleged landing of a craft or crafts of unknown origin in Rendlesham Forest, Suffolk, England in late December 1980. Some Ufologists believe it is perhaps the most famous UFO event to have happened in Britain, ranking amongst the best-known UFO events worldwide. Along with the Berwyn Mountain UFO incident, it has been compared to the Roswell UFO incident in the United States, and is sometimes referred to as "Britain's Roswell".
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) denied that the event posed any threat to national security, and stated that it was therefore never investigated as a security matter. One notable to take sharp issue with this statement was Admiral Lord Hill-Norton, the former Chief of the Defence Staff, who stated an incident like this at a nuclear weapons base was necessarily of national security interest. Eyewitness and Deputy Base Commander Colonel Charles Halt (see below) has also disagreed and insists the event was covered up by both the U.K. and U.S. intelligence services. Later evidence indicated that there was a substantial MoD file on the subject, which led to claims of a cover-up. Some interpreted this as part of a larger pattern of information suppression concerning the true nature of unidentified flying objects, by both the United States and British governments (see the UFO conspiracy theory). When the file was released in 2001 it turned out to consist mostly of internal correspondence and responses to inquiries from the public.
