In part one of Erich’s presentation, he will explore a multitude of mysteries from ancient civilizations of the past, including the inscriptions on the Temple of Edfu in Egypt and its comparisons with the Second Book of the Kings in the Bible, the newest discoveries inside the great pyramid itself, the sarcophagus of Sekhemkhet of the 3rd dynasty of ancient Egypt, and a new translation of a 4300-year-old Sumerian text proving Extraterrestrial contact.
In his lecture, Erich will pose the following questions and more: Was there a war in the heavens? Did Extraterrestrials have sex with humans? Why should ETs look similar to us? We no longer have unlimited time and resources to deal with the economic and environmental crises that define our future, and the options are limited to the tools we have on hand right now. The Retro Future is about one very powerful idea: deliberate technological regression.
Technological regression isn’t about ‘going back’ – it’s about using the past as a resource to meet the needs of the present, and maybe the future too. Kevin Shipp, former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer, intelligence and counter terrorism expert, held several high-level positions in the CIA.
His assignments included protective agent for the Director of the CIA, counterintelligence investigator searching for moles inside the CIA, overseas counter terrorism operations officer, internal security investigator, assistant team leader for the antiterrorism tactical assault team, chief of training for the CIA federal police force and polygraph examiner.
Mr. Shipp was the senior program manager for the Department of State, Diplomatic Security, Anti-Terrorism Assistance global police training program.
He is the recipient of two CIA Meritorious Unit Citations, three Exceptional Performance Awards and a Medallion for high risk overseas operations.

Many now think we are living in a virtual reality.
Tom Campbell states that “If we are living in a virtual reality, then our consciousness must exist in some other reality.”
It would seem that many, even those who are supporters of virtual reality do not fully comprehend the nature of virtual reality…the logic of a virtual reality…what makes a virtual reality virtual.
Many who support the notion of our universe being a virtual reality, do not wish to give up their belief in local materialism (consciousness is created by the brain) even though the two concepts are logically incompatible because there is no way for a computed virtual brain to create consciousness. The “hard problem” of consciousness is hard because it is logically impossible.
Yes, one day computers will have a form of consciousness, but that is only because an IUOC from the LCS will be playing them as silicon (or whatever) based avatars rather than the usual carbon based avatars.
Neuroscientist, Dr Donald Hoffman, in his TED Talk states, “There is no brain!”
The question of conscious computers is also discussed in this interview.
