During this two hour interview, aerospace consultant, Dr. Carol Rosin, announced a proposed treaty she developed with her colleagues, including astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, to keep space free of weapons. She discussed her background and how she came to work for Dr. Werner von Braun in the 1970s. Dr. Rosin and her husband have been the victim of threats, blackmail, theft, and even physical attacks. She decided to come forward publicly to propel the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011. Bio
Dr. Rosin is an educator, perhaps best known as the original political architect of the movement to stop the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and Anti-Satellite Weapons (ASATs). Carol became the first woman executive in the aerospace industry, a Corporate Manager at Fairchild Industries, a U.S. aerospace company, where she was also spokesperson for the late Dr. Wernher von Braun, the “father of rocketry.” With von Braun, Carol coordinated the award-winning “It’s Your Turn” educational program to motivate youth, women, and minorities in fields of science and technology as they could be applied to achieving world peace in a clean and safe environment for all. Their program won various awards including the Aviation Writers Award, Science Teachers Gold Medal, and others. Rosin helped set up the ATS-6 satellite educational and medical training programs across the U.S. in Appalachia, the Rocky Mountains, and Alaska, and the first national and international two-way, audio-visual satellite educational programs in over 20 countries, including 5,000 villages in India. Upon leaving Fairchild after the death of von Braun, Carol became the National Chancellor of the International Association of Educators for World Peace (IAEWP), founded by Dr. Charles Mercieca, in consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council. After bringing several experts to the UN Second Special Session of the Peaceful Uses and Exploration of Outer Space in Vienna, Austria, Rosin founded the Institute for Security and Cooperation in Outer Space (ISCOS) in 1983. In that initial incarnation of ISCOS, the Board included Honorary Board Chairman Sir Arthur C. Clarke, Chairman of the Advisory Board Apollo Astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, and Advisory Board members that included the late Dr. Rashmi Mayur, the late Dr. Buckminster (Bucky) Fuller, the late Dr. Isaac Asimov, attorney Daniel Sheehan and many others. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, graduate of the University of Delaware, Carol received an Honorary Doctorate for her work in developing countries from Archbishop Solomon Gbadebo, of Orthodox College in Nigeria.
She educates about how to transform the entire war industry and war-based economy, feasibly and verifiably, into a peaceful space industry on Earth and in space and how we can rise to a higher frequency above our old ways of thinking, perceiving, and behaving. Removing the intention to weaponize space is a necessary step in the process to provide us all with a real security system and a stimulated economy based on world cooperation in space.
Dr. Rosin is an official Advisor to the People’s Republic of China.
During the Cold War, she visited many countries to speak about the issue of peace in space for peace on earth. She met many times with people on all levels and in many areas of the Soviet Union in order to discuss possible cooperative space ventures and the vitally important ban on all space-based weapons. She returned to the U.S. with the first list of joint U.S./USSR space ventures on which the Soviets had agreed to work. She initiated the first ever visit by nine U.S. Senators to the Soviet Union as well as the first private, off the record, military-to-military meeting between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. She participated in several U.S./USSR citizen diplomat programs in order to encourage cooperation in space and the ban of all space-based weapons. (Both China and Russia have announced they would sign an agreement to ban all space-based weapons.)
ISCOS produced the first legislation introduced in the U.S. House by Rep. Joe Moakley and in the Senate by Sen. Tom Harkin to ban all space-based weapons. At the instigation of Dr. Rosin, a later bill, the Space Preservation Act, was introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich. This was the first time in U.S. history that U.S. legislation was accompanied by a World Treaty, the Space Preservation Treaty.
Her book, SPACE CAREERS, was co-authored with the late Dr. Charles Sheffield. She created the first international aerospace telephone book for the International Astronautical Federation Congress.
Carol replaced the late futurist/author/scientist Dr. Isaac Asimov as Coordinator of the Space Commission for the World Government of World Citizens founded by Garry Davis. She is a five star General in the First Earth Battalion founded by Lt. Col. Jim Channon, (U.S. Army, ret.)
Carol was a consultant to TRW on the MX missile, weather satellites, and the time/money/management of the space shuttle and applications reports.
Carol has consulted to companies and organizations including General Dynamics, IBM Europe, The National Space Institute, and many corporations, militaries (including the Space Command), intelligence organizations (including the CIA), government offices from the Congress to the White House, to countless NGOs, to high level officials, and grassroots around the globe. Tokyo (CNN) -- An 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit Japan early Friday, triggering tsunami warnings and sending people fleeing out of buildings in the capital.
Its epicenter was 373 kilometers (231 miles) from Tokyo, the United States Geological Survey said.
The quake rattled buildings and toppled cars off bridges and into waters underneath. In Tokyo, crowds gathered in the streets and tried to reach relatives via cell phone.
Scenes inside office buildings showed papers strewn all over the floor and people clinging onto seats and desks.
Such a large earthquake at such a shallow depth creates a lot of energy, said Shenza Chen of the U.S. Geological Survey.
A tsunami in the Pacific was moving closer to other shorelines in other countries, according to CNN metereologist Ivan Cabrera.
It triggered tsunami warnings for various countries, including Japan and Russia, the National Weather Service said.
"Earthquakes of this size are known to generate tsunamis potentially dangerous to coasts outside the source region," it said.
"Based on all available data a tsunami may have been generated by this earthquake that could be destructive on coastal areas even far from the epicenter."
The quake was the latest in a series in the region this week.
Early Thursday, an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 struck off the coast of Honshu.
A day earlier, a 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck off of Honshu, the country's meteorological agency said.

March 8, 2011-The Air Force is honoring 910th Airlift Wing in Vienna for spraying Corexit according to Air Force Reserve Command’s announcement Friday, reported by the Tribune Chronicle that calls the event a last year’s incident and refers to it at an "oil spill."
The 910th is being honored with the ’’Air Force Outstanding Unit Award’’ recognizing the airlift wing for outstanding achievement from April 28 to June 4, 2010, when it sent two specially equipped C-130H aircraft and the associated personnel and support crew to Stennis International Airport in Mississippi to aid in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill cleanup efforts.
While "deployed to the Gulf Coast, the aircrews flew 92 sorties and sprayed 30,000 acres with nearly 149,000 gallons of dispersant."
Head of public relations, Maj. Brent Davis said the last time the unit received the award was 13 years ago and it’s an honor to win it for a specific mission.
’’It’s something that just doesn’t happen,’’ Davis said.
It is unknown how many of his unit are suffering the same deadly effects from Corexit as thousand along the Gulf Coast are from the military biochemical operation.

Why are we writing a story about the year in review when it is already the first week of March? Well, that is because we just wrapped up the 2011 International UFO Congress (IUFOC), and to start things off we reviewed the past year's UFO news stories beginning from last February, the date of the last IUFOC.
A lot has happened in the last year. We couldn't include everything, because we were trying to keep the video to less than 15 minutes, but we packed in a lot. It is another demonstration of how active this field is on a regular basis.
Note: One book that is not in the video which I have written about quite a bit, and thoroughly enjoyed is A.D.: After Disclosure. In the frenzy to get everything ready for the conference somehow I left it out. However, there are other books I left out also. Researcher Len Kasten discussed his research into UFOs and the alien agenda. Kasten said his interest in UFOs began at Eglin Air Force Base, where one night he witnessed a glowing green and gold craft moving swiftly and silently over the Gulf of Mexico. The sighting was confirmed the next day by radar operators and reported to a superior in the aptly titled 'UFO Office', he noted. Some years after Kasten's initial encounter, he began looking into the extraterrestrial presence on our planet.
According to Kasten, a malevolent alien race with whom Hitler had allied himself, and perhaps themselves bent on world domination, helped the Nazis develop flying saucer technology during World War II. After the war, in 1946, the U.S. launched a covert military action against an alleged secret underground Nazi base in Antarctica, where the troops were greeted by flying saucers from the ocean, he continued. The extraterrestrials warned American forces to never again return to Antarctica with weapons, Kasten added.
In 1954, shortly after rejecting a deal with a benevolent race known as the Pleiadians, President Eisenhower made his own arrangement with less kind aliens, Kasten revealed. Under the Treaty of Graeda, the Grays promised to help advance technology and weapons development in America in exchange for freedom to abduct the country's citizen, Kasten said. The ETs used these human abductees in a Hybrid Project, he asserted, noting that the aliens were part of a dying race.
Kasten believes several subsequent presidents were made aware of the government’s dealings with aliens, and even suggested a possible connection between Project Serpo and the Kennedy assassination. Despite so much ET interaction over the decades, Kasten does not think the U.S. government will ever disclose their existence to the public -- which is a shame, as an alignment with good aliens could bring about paradise on Earth, he said.

Len Kasten has a B.A. degree from Cornell University, where he majored in psychology and minored in literature and philosophy. After graduating from Cornell he entered the U.S. Air Force Aviation Cadet program. While in the Air Force he experienced a UFO encounter that had a transformative effect on his life, although he didn’t realize it until a few years later. After serving in the Air Force he moved to Richmond, Virginia. On frequent trips to Virginia Beach, he spent a lot of time in the extensive New Age library at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), the organization founded by psychic Edgar Cayce, where he acquired a self-education in metaphysics. He then moved to Boston where he was introduced to Theosophy and joined the Boston Theosophical Society.
Then later, while working in Washington D.C. in the 1960s, he felt drawn to join the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP). NICAP was the most prestigious organization in the country investigating UFO phenomena. Len then moved to Hartford, Connecticut where he joined the American Philosopher Society. Upon the death of the founder, Cyril Benton, Len became the president of the society. In the 1980s, the APS, under Len’s leadership, commenced a program of weekly public lectures by prominent metaphysical and ufology researchers, writers, and leaders. While living in Connecticut Len became the editor of an early New Age publication, Metamorphosis Magazine co-founded with Gordon-Michael Scallion.

After the war, in 1946, the U.S. launched a covert military action against an alleged secret underground Nazi base in Antarctica, where the troops were greeted by flying saucers from the ocean, he continued. The extraterrestrials warned American forces to never again return to Antarctica with weapons, Kasten added.
In 1954, shortly after rejecting a deal with a benevolent race known as the Pleiadians, President Eisenhower made his own arrangement with less kind aliens, Kasten revealed. Under the Treaty of Graeda, the Grays promised to help advance technology and weapons development in America in exchange for freedom to abduct the country's citizen, Kasten said. The ETs used these human abductees in a Hybrid Project, he asserted, noting that the aliens were part of a dying race.
Kasten believes several subsequent presidents were made aware of the government’s dealings with aliens, and even suggested a possible connection between Project Serpo and the Kennedy assassination. Despite so much ET interaction over the decades, Kasten does not think the U.S. government will ever disclose their existence to the public -- which is a shame, as an alignment with good aliens could bring about paradise on Earth, he said.
Bio
Len Kasten has a B.A. degree from Cornell University, where he majored in psychology and minored in literature and philosophy. After graduating from Cornell he entered the U.S. Air Force Aviation Cadet program. While in the Air Force he experienced a UFO encounter that had a transformative effect on his life, although he didn’t realize it until a few years later. After serving in the Air Force he moved to Richmond, Virginia. On frequent trips to Virginia Beach, he spent a lot of time in the extensive New Age library at the Association for Research and Enlightenment (A.R.E.), the organization founded by psychic Edgar Cayce, where he acquired a self-education in metaphysics. He then moved to Boston where he was introduced to Theosophy and joined the Boston Theosophical Society.
Then later, while working in Washington D.C. in the 1960s, he felt drawn to join the National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena (NICAP). NICAP was the most prestigious organization in the country investigating UFO phenomena. Len then moved to Hartford, Connecticut where he joined the American Philosopher Society. Upon the death of the founder, Cyril Benton, Len became the president of the society. In the 1980s, the APS, under Len’s leadership, commenced a program of weekly public lectures by prominent metaphysical and ufology researchers, writers, and leaders. While living in Connecticut Len became the editor of an early New Age publication, Metamorphosis Magazine co-founded with Gordon-Michael Scallion.

Author and researcher Jim Marrs spoke about his investigation into the "mystery missile launch" off the southern California coast on Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, videotaped by a news helicopter. The US govt. backed the story that the picture recorded was simply an aircraft leaving a contrail, which he finds preposterous. Linda pointed out that Hillary Clinton commented that the missile could be a show of force by China. Marrs engaged remote viewer Lyn Buchanan to target the incident, and he viewed it as a missile launched from a submarine as a test to see if it could be tracked by radar (though he didn't identify its source).
Appearing with Linda for the third hour, Travis Walton discussed his dreams of blond humanoids that have occurred since his abduction in 1975. The dreams, he surmised, showed glimpses of what happened to him during his 5-day abduction aboard the UFO.
