Corso (ret), with (co-author) UFO Magazine publisher - William Birnes. The allegations in this book rocked the foundations of the cover-up by revealing how Col. Corso, acting on behalf of the the US government, directly over saw the harvesting and reverse engineering of crashed spacecraft of ET origin, which led to the development of laser technology, fiber optics, polymers and anti-gravity technology. Lt. Col. Corso was a decorated officer who believed the public should know the truth about the extraterrestrial reality and not long before his death, he documented his experiences with ET and Above Top Secret Technology, for future generations.
