Reports say Washington is warning its vassal states in the Persian Gulf that an attack on Iran is coming from the U.S. and Israel, following next weeks Mid-Term U.S. Elections, and that it will be a “short, intense” round of war. This, as the U.S. sends a Patriot missile system to Israel, for a sorry attempt at protection from Iran’s retaliation.
Former U.S. Diplomat and Geopolitical Analyst, Jim Jatras, noted that even if the U.S. uses the ‘Mother of All Bombs’ or Israel carries out a nuclear strike, there is no indication that it will be enough to severely disable Iran’s military capabilities. And both the region and the global economy will be devastated by Iran’s retaliation.

Nima Alkhorshid asks Michael Hudson about a Politico report that Israel's inconclusive election disappointed officials in Washington. Hudson says a tie will probably mean little change, and that the Trump administration and congressional Democrats support the same policy toward Israel and the attack on Iran.
What if aliens aren't visitors from another planet, but humans travelling back from the distant future? And what if UFOs are actually time machines?
In this episode of the Polarity Podcast, I'm joined by Dr. Michael P. Masters, a biological anthropologist, professor, and author best known for his groundbreaking Extratempestrial Hypothesis, which proposes that UFOs and UAPs may represent advanced technology operated by our own future human descendants.
We explore the fascinating connections between human evolution, alien encounters, UFO sightings, time travel, and the mysteries of human consciousness. Could the beings described in extraterrestrial encounters actually be humanity thousands or even millions of years into the future?
Dr. Masters opens up about his extraordinary personal experiences involving non-human intelligence, unexplained communication, altered states of consciousness, reincarnation, and the possibility of higher dimensions beyond our physical reality.
Could consciousness hold the key to understanding the true nature of extraterrestrial contact? Is our perception of time fundamentally misunderstood? And what might these encounters reveal about humanity's origins, destiny, and place in the universe?

Former Lt. Colonel Anthony Aguilar and Matthew Hoh discuss Netanyahu's major setback in the Israeli election and why the conditions have now been laid for a renewed and dangerous escalation in the war against Iran, plus much more in geopolitics.
Pepe Escobar tells Judge Napolitano that Pakistan is not siding with Iran militarily. He says Field Marshal Asim Munir proposed the Tehran meeting, where the Turkish intelligence chief, the Saudi defense minister, and Munir sat with Mohsen Rezaei, and that Pakistan is mediating between the Mecca Defense Alliance and Iran, and between Iran and the United States.
With about 77% of the Knesset vote counted, Nima Alkhorshid says Netanyahu's bloc is near 54 seats and the other bloc near 49, both short of 61, and Elijah Magnier says neither can form a government on its own. Nima cites a Wall Street Journal report that the United States warned Gulf Arab states to prepare for a brief, intense military campaign against Iran after the midterms, and Magnier says more bombing would not bring Iran to the table.
Scott Ritter sits with Jacques Baud in Brussels and introduces the Swiss colonel to an American audience, opening on Europe and free speech. Baud describes his path as a citizen-soldier and strategic-intelligence analyst, from Warsaw Pact work and training in the US and UK to UN peacekeeping and a NATO small-arms post that took him to Ukraine in 2014.
American power rests on five pillars: the dollar and the financial system, the military, monopoly over advanced technology, fossil fuels, and soft power. Ben Norton's argument is that all five are now cracking.
In his lecture at the Fudan University Summer School on the Global South, Norton begins with theory, because the theories disagree in a way that matters. In the classical account, running from Hobson through Lenin and Rosa Luxemburg, imperialism is a stage: overproduction and insufficient demand at home, markets forced open abroad.
For the Patnaiks, in Capital and Imperialism, the root is raw materials and the deliberate depression of incomes across the tropics. For the dependency school and the world-systems analysts — Samir Amin, Wallerstein — capitalism is a single global division of labour: a core that monopolises high value added, and a periphery kept from climbing the chain.
Norton is frank about which of the three he finds most useful, and about the difference that follows: for Lenin, imperialism is a stage of capitalism; for the others, the two were never separable. Colonialism, he notes, is older than capitalism by millennia.
In this episode we break down a new Atlantic article confirming that CIA director John Ratcliffe is running Project Ukraine, while Elon Musk accuses Zelensky of violating Starlink's terms of service and draws a hard line between Starlink and the Pentagon's Starshield. As the Starlink fight exposes a deep power struggle inside the Trump administration, Putin keeps betting on Dmitriev, Witkoff and Kushner to deliver a new European security architecture that Rubio insists is only about Donbas. Who is really running Washington's Russia policy, and does Putin's unusual diplomacy stand any chance?

Pepe Escobar on Transition Protocol. Flávio Bolsonaro reportedly crossed into Argentina on foot with just his ID; Argentina says it has no record of his entry, and his whereabouts are unknown. And MBS didn’t want the Tehran meeting at all: sources say Pakistan’s army chief persuaded him, and MBS sent his brother, Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman.

Douglas Macgregor tells Glenn Diesen that calls to Vladimir Putin by the leaders of Finland and Norway mark the start of the end of the Ukraine war, because Europe knows the Ukrainian state is on life support and will have to make its own arrangements with Russia. He says NATO has no leadership left, that no European state will attack into Ukraine, and that Donald Trump is not interested in organizing Europe.

Scott Ritter discusses what he reports as an imminent US combat operation against Iran as Netanyahu's plan to sabotage the Israeli elections taking place October 27th. Desperation has set in as Iran and Russia remake the Middle East and the world order.
Nima Alkhorshid says Asim Munir asked Iran to host a Tehran summit of the Mecca defense pact because of the war in Yemen, and that Yemen announced ballistic-missile hits on Saudi military aircraft at Abha and Khamis Mushait and on the Ministry of Defense in Riyadh. Larry Wilkerson says Israel is the pact's main problem, that Saudi Arabia is being beaten and is begging Iran for help, and that a reported offer of $1 billion to Ansarallah for a ceasefire was rejected.
Alexander Mercouris says last night's Russian strike on Kiev used about 20 ballistic missiles and hit the South Bridge, a road and rail crossing he calls the main logistics link for Ukrainian forces east of the Dnieper. He says photos show a hole in the railway that is enough to close the bridge, and that Norway's prime minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finland's president Alexander Stubb then called Vladimir Putin to ask for a slowdown, which the Kremlin readout shows he refused.
Andrei Martyanov says the CIA is in a war with Russia contrary to Donald Trump’s intentions, that the agency never encountered this kind of war, and that it is lying about losses. Citing Larry Johnson, he says John Ratcliffe’s August trip to Moscow tried to convince Putin the campaign was a lost cause, and that US intelligence support to Ukraine was never turned off.
He also says European leaders who called Vladimir Putin were told that if Zelensky wants to talk he should come to Moscow, and that Europe has no seat in talks between Russia and the United States.

Description:
Professor Jeffrey Sachs joins Alex Christoforou and Alexander Mercouris on The Duran to lay out a four point peace plan he believes could end the Ukraine conflict almost immediately. Sachs traces the crisis back to the 1990 NATO non expansion pledges made by Genscher, Baker and Kohl, then explains how an end to NATO enlargement, Ukrainian neutrality modeled on Austria and Ireland, a path to EU candidacy and a negotiated armistice line could restore inclusive security in Europe. If Europe's leaders already admit all of this in private, why won't a single one of them say it in public?
