She discovered there were many identical cases from 1962 to 1990 with an unusual beeping sound.
Having experienced a close encounter and the sound herself, she spent many years having these recordings analyzed by top scientists . With reports in hand she was able to contradict official Air Force reports on the same phenomena.

During this two hour interview, aerospace consultant, Dr. Carol Rosin, announced a proposed treaty she developed with her colleagues, including astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell, to keep space free of weapons. She discussed her background and how she came to work for Dr. Werner von Braun in the 1970s. Dr. Rosin and her husband have been the victim of threats, blackmail, theft, and even physical attacks. She decided to come forward publicly to propel the Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011. Dr. Rosin is an educator, perhaps best known as the original political architect of the movement to stop the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) and Anti-Satellite Weapons (ASATs). Carol became the first woman executive in the aerospace industry, a Corporate Manager at Fairchild Industries, a U.S. aerospace company, where she was also spokesperson for the late Dr. Wernher von Braun, the “father of rocketry.” With von Braun, Carol coordinated the award-winning “It’s Your Turn” educational program to motivate youth, women, and minorities in fields of science and technology as they could be applied to achieving world peace in a clean and safe environment for all. Their program won various awards including the Aviation Writers Award, Science Teachers Gold Medal, and others. Rosin helped set up the ATS-6 satellite educational and medical training programs across the U.S. in Appalachia, the Rocky Mountains, and Alaska, and the first national and international two-way, audio-visual satellite educational programs in over 20 countries, including 5,000 villages in India. She educates about how to transform the entire war industry and war-based economy, feasibly and verifiably, into a peaceful space industry on Earth and in space and how we can rise to a higher frequency above our old ways of thinking, perceiving, and behaving. Removing the intention to weaponize space is a necessary step in the process to provide us all with a real security system and a stimulated economy based on world cooperation in space.

During the Cold War, she visited many countries to speak about the issue of peace in space for peace on earth. She met many times with people on all levels and in many areas of the Soviet Union in order to discuss possible cooperative space ventures and the vitally important ban on all space-based weapons. She returned to the U.S. with the first list of joint U.S./USSR space ventures on which the Soviets had agreed to work. She initiated the first ever visit by nine U.S. Senators to the Soviet Union as well as the first private, off the record, military-to-military meeting between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. She participated in several U.S./USSR citizen diplomat programs in order to encourage cooperation in space and the ban of all space-based weapons. (Both China and Russia have announced they would sign an agreement to ban all space-based weapons.)
ISCOS produced the first legislation introduced in the U.S. House by Rep. Joe Moakley and in the Senate by Sen. Tom Harkin to ban all space-based weapons. At the instigation of Dr. Rosin, a later bill, the Space Preservation Act, was introduced by Rep. Dennis Kucinich. This was the first time in U.S. history that U.S. legislation was accompanied by a World Treaty, the Space Preservation Treaty.
Her book, SPACE CAREERS, was co-authored with the late Dr. Charles Sheffield. She created the first international aerospace telephone book for the International Astronautical Federation Congress.

March 10, 2011-Coverage of the breaking story of the huge 8.9 quake that struck northeastern Japan began in the latter half of the second hour. First, earth changes expert Mitch Battros joined the program, citing 10 M class flares from sunspots 1166 & 1163 during the last 48 hours as a possible cause for the quake. A large X class flare is likely within the next 2 weeks, he added. In addition to earthquakes, and tsunamis, we should watch out for volcanoes, and not just in the Ring of Fire area, he added.
In the next segment, author and researcher Stan Deyo suggested that fluctuations in the gravitational field could be related to increased quake activity. "If the 8.9 shockwave over in Japan (related images) comes across and triggers the Juan de Fuca (tectonic) plate (between Washington and Oregon)-- it has an equally large stress build-up, around a Richter 9," he warned. Metaphysician and author Stuart Wilde appeared briefly during the last hour, discussing some of his predictions of earth calamities. Throughout the evening, callers phoned in with updates, including a man in Tokyo who shared his experience of the intense quake, and reactions in the city.

Japan Hit by 8.9 Magnitude Quake, March 11, 2011

Tokyo (CNN) -- An 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit Japan early Friday, triggering tsunami warnings and sending people fleeing out of buildings in the capital.
Its epicenter was 373 kilometers (231 miles) from Tokyo, the United States Geological Survey said.
The quake rattled buildings and toppled cars off bridges and into waters underneath. In Tokyo, crowds gathered in the streets and tried to reach relatives via cell phone.
Scenes inside office buildings showed papers strewn all over the floor and people clinging onto seats and desks.

It triggered tsunami warnings for various countries, including Japan and Russia, the National Weather Service said.
"Earthquakes of this size are known to generate tsunamis potentially dangerous to coasts outside the source region," it said.
"Based on all available data a tsunami may have been generated by this earthquake that could be destructive on coastal areas even far from the epicenter."
The quake was the latest in a series in the region this week.
Early Thursday, an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 6.3 struck off the coast of Honshu.
A day earlier, a 7.2-magnitude earthquake struck off of Honshu, the country's meteorological agency said.
The Wednesday quake lasted as long as three minutes, but did not cause significant damage. It could be felt in Tokyo, 267 miles (429 kilometers) southwest of its epicenter.
Tokyo (CNN) -- An 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit Japan early Friday, triggering tsunami warnings and sending people fleeing out of buildings in the capital.
Its epicenter was 373 kilometers (231 miles) from Tokyo, the United States Geological Survey said.
The quake rattled buildings and toppled cars off bridges and into waters underneath. In Tokyo, crowds gathered in the streets and tried to reach relatives via cell phone.
Scenes inside office buildings showed papers strewn all over the floor and people clinging onto seats and desks.

Gulf Military Operation awards unit for spraying 149,000 gallons Corexit

March 8, 2011-The Air Force is honoring 910th Airlift Wing in Vienna for spraying Corexit according to Air Force Reserve Command’s announcement Friday, reported by the Tribune Chronicle that calls the event a last year’s incident and refers to it at an "oil spill."
The 910th is being honored with the ’’Air Force Outstanding Unit Award’’ recognizing the airlift wing for outstanding achievement from April 28 to June 4, 2010, when it sent two specially equipped C-130H aircraft and the associated personnel and support crew to Stennis International Airport in Mississippi to aid in the Deepwater Horizon oil spill cleanup efforts.
While "deployed to the Gulf Coast, the aircrews flew 92 sorties and sprayed 30,000 acres with nearly 149,000 gallons of dispersant."
Head of public relations, Maj. Brent Davis said the last time the unit received the award was 13 years ago and it’s an honor to win it for a specific mission.
’’It’s something that just doesn’t happen,’’ Davis said.
It is unknown how many of his unit are suffering the same deadly effects from Corexit as thousand along the Gulf Coast are from the military biochemical operation.
