Documents leaked by US whistleblower Edward Snowden suggest that Verizon Business, Vodafone Cable and BT were among those who gave GCHQ unlimited access to their network of cables. Their collaboration allowed the agency to harvest millions of phone calls, emails and Facebook conversations.
