The proof that they come from here is that they breathe the same oxygen (same atmosphere, pressure, oxygen composition, and are exposed to the same viruses). Ask any scientist how astronomically unlikely it is for an extraterrestrial being to arrive on this planet and just happen to breathe exactly the same air we do. Our atmosphere would be highly toxic to most hypothetical alien biochemistries. The fact that the Nordics and the Sphinx-Greys can breathe our atmosphere without any problem proves they evolved right here on Earth.
